Today it was a bit warmer.. 23 vs 19!! But my blow dryer died this morning so I put my hair back wet. Not a big deal, but I do have a cold and it is FREEZING outside. Then my car wouldn't start. My mother-in-law was willing to drive over to jump Rue (our Rav) for us. I was an hour later to work than normal, and I've covering for a co-worker this week so it's been crazy so getting to work late made things seem very overwhelming.
There are other negatives I could focus on.. a raw nose from my cold, being tired from still waking up with pain in my back and side (this pneumonia is showing me that I'm not a young'n anymore ;)... BUT it's only making me grumpy. Only making me need to apologize to those close to me because of my grumpy mood... Instead, I need dwell on the many positives there are.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ - Eph 1:3
So here is a very short list of blessings to keep my from being grumpy, getting the winter time blues and from dwelling on the cold weather! (These aren't in any particular order and these are NOT a complete list). This seems appropriate after celebrating Thanksgiving last week.
