For fun, here are the 8 months of Emey! I love seeing how she has changed! Such a cutie :)
My little Emery Kate did it again.... she had another Month Day! It's so sad to me how fast the baby stage goes! I know, she is still only 8 months old... but she is no longer the little cuddly newborn. She is now an adorable big little girl :) It's fun at the same time. The older she gets the more fun it is to play and watch her grow and develop. She is such a little ham. When we go to the store she giggles and squeals and does whatever it takes to get people to look at her. When they do, they are rewarded with a huge gummy smile. It's a lot of fun to watch strangers go from being in their serious shopping mode to smiling at my little baby and telling her how cute she is. Emery can also say mama and dada, it just melts my heart to see her say mama and to see that she does want me! She can also wave! We are still struggling with solids, she just has no interest! Not sure if this is a sign of a very picky eater in our future, or if she is just taking her time. She also has no interest in crawling yet, but that is okay with this mama :) She can scoot backwards a bit but I do like it that she stays where I put her! For fun, here are the 8 months of Emey! I love seeing how she has changed! Such a cutie :) Emery has also had a little bit of "fame" with Caribou Coffee! Monica had a Friday off of work so we got to spend the day with her. Our first stop was Caribou and Auntie Mo is the queen of selfies and took a pic of her and Emery. Caribou Coffee then contacted her asking if they could repost it, and so they did! We also got to take our first family vacation! Our family, Jack and Becky, and then the Smidt's all went up to the family cabin for 5 days. Jason was really looking fwd to having time away and I was glad to have him on a trip this time! It was a fun time :) We had lots of food, Emery really enjoyed time with her cousins, and she couldn't get enough of her daddy!

Megan FremontI'm a Christian. I'm a wife to a wonderful man and a mother to a sweet little girl and a handsome little man. I've lived in MT, MN, KS, CA, N.Z., I like to travel. I love dark chocolate and coffee. I grew up on a farm and never learned to drive stick, I went to a two-room school house for nine years, I love Fall in MN (except for the fact I'm always cold), I miss the Montana Sky, and I'm new to blogging.
